Cosmological Red Shift

An assumption is made, that light behaves in the same way we perceive sound changing pitch as described by the Doppler Effect. This idea was later supported when Hubble discovered that galactic bodies seems to shift their spectra depending on their brightness. A correlation was made between the distance a galactic bodies is from the Earth and that bodies brightness. Bodies further away seemed to display a larger red-shift and were thus interpreted as moving faster away from the Earth. This added support to the expanding (only) universe theory.

If WRC is correct and light does not travel with a leading edge, in fact, light doesn’t travel at all then, the association of red-shift and distance cannot be correct. This has an immediate detrimental implication for the big-bang theorists.
WR teaches that the universe is indeed expanding but only because it is equally compressing. Both condition must be present simultaneously.

Expansion + Compression

WR teaches that cold generates, how this is achieved is indicated in the image to the right whereby the central core is centripetally compressed because the outer shell has centrifugally expanded. The inner core is getting hotter as a result of the outer shell getting colder. The inert gas condition is evident when the area of the inner core is equal to the area of the outer shell (blue). This occurs when the inner area is approx. 71% of the outer area. At this point their individual levers are equal. As the fulcrum shifts in the direction of the hub anode, the core lever (radius) shortens while the outer shell lever (radius) lengthens.

Another way to look at this generating condition is that, as the core proceeds through the compression growing stages it increases its density, solidity and shortens its associated (becomes blue) wavelengths.
Likewise, as the blue outer region is also growing (in reverse) the outer shell loses density, solidity and increases it wavelength thus becoming red. This is exactly what we observe through-out the universe, a shifting to longer wavelengths.
This is because the universe is growing not simply expanding to a heat death. I susoect distance objects have a higher red shift because they are ready to condense and begin another generative cycle en-route to the Cosmic anode.

Red shift is not a indicator of distance but an indicator of growth, growth towards the inside through expansion on the outside.

This image indicates a real problem for MSS and was discovered by Halton Arp.
WRC uses 18 dimensions, properties, or characteristics to define a particular state of motion of perceived matter.
The smaller object has far too high a value to satisify the expanding universe theorists. WR teaches that there are only two types of motion with the entire universe namely, centripetal (CP) and centrifugal (CF).
We now know that CF causes CP motion, and as CF motion grows the wavelength increases, shifting to the red side.
Does this not model not further support the work of Halton Arp ?
Can we now say with some degree of confidence that red shift is NOT an indicator of receding galactic bodies as migh be expected if the Doppler effect applies.
WRC does not exclude there is galactic expansion, however, WRC teaches us that the expanding /compressing implies a living BREATHING universe.

Quasars do not follow the Hubble Law.  I suspect the compression at the center of a quasar is enormous due to the equally enormous centrifugal motion surrounding that hub.
