In this section I will give a little more detail as to the meaning I wish to convey in my dodgy art work. There is no particular order to the images.

On a completely calm pond the water is so still you cannot take your eyes away from one drop of water and return to that same drop. The reason is the surface is too uniform. There is no division between the drops at the surface they all have the same characteristics. Our senses have been designed to detect motion. Our eyes for example can capture fast moving motion while our ears detect much slower motion. There is though no difference between these two forms of vibration...they just vibrate at different rates. There is no difference in substance between the note A and the note C. They are in fact exactly the same thing just that one is moving faster than the other. The solid white graphic is a representation of all creation compressed into one overall form, every photon, atom, planet, solar system and galaxy all compressed together. So like the pond if you tried to pick out a particular galaxy you couldn't because you can't tell where one form ends and another form begins.
We need some method of division introduced into the expression of Life in order for our senses to detect the on/off sequences.

The Black image represents the polar opposite of the White image. There is no expression of Life in blackness. Black is Still, there is absolutely no movement or motion in Stillness. It is the fulcrum on which ALL expressions of Life are balanced. It is the source of all ENERGY. It is the source of all IDEA. It is Cosmic Mind. It centres all expressions of Life including your body.
"I am with - in all things centering them" and "I am with - out all things controlling them"
This expression is present everywhere in the Universe. It is Omnipresent. The significance of this is completely lost to Science. Energy is available everywhere, and the amount available is infinite
Because this aspect of the Creation model is Still and without motion, our senses have no ability to detect it. Our KNOWING can be fully aware of it and we can connect directly to this Stillness, afterall our bodies form around such Stillness, just like beads on a string.
This concept applies to every expression of Creation. That implies that you and me and the meadow violet are centered by the same Stillness. This is how we are all connected. Stillness is Cosmic Mind, and we are Cosmic Mind. To Know this is to switch off our senses and find OUR centering Stillness, and Know what Creation really is.
Our Universe is illusionary. It is a universe of motion only. Our senses can detect only a very small portion of the entire range of motion, and yet we convince ourselves we can find out all there is to know by observing motion effectively through a tiny slit.
Expanding Mind can open the slit much wider by first looking within and discovering the Stillness therein. This expression of the Creation fulcrum is omnipresent throughout the universe. Silence too is omnipresent. For example, an orchestra flying to Alpha Centuri for a concert, doesn't bring silence with it. There is no section in the orchestra which plays silence to break the continuous tones being produced by the string section or the percussion section. Silence just is. Sound is projected from silence, in the same way as our perceived reality is projected from Stillness. When the orchestra stops playing their body of creation is voided. Likewise if Cosmic Mind stopped Thinking Creation would be instantly voided.
Think of our perceived reality as Walter suggests like a Cosmic Movie. However, instead of the projector sending the flickering waves over your head onto a flat screen, imagine the projector could focus the various images perfectly BETWEEN the projector and the screen. Now you are in the movie so to speak. One last image....instead of the projector casting it's light from somewhere over there...there are an infinite number of projector's in every part of the cinema, projecting from the inside out into 3D. The projector for every single manifestation of Creation lies at the centre of that expression.
Can you imagine light from one single point in 'space' being projected through an apple seed, to manifest the apple around it !!!

This images represents one of the most important of Walter's concepts. It took some time for me to realise it, although I had read the words many times !!!
Simply put, Creation is divided into two expressions, Life and Death. Both Life and Death are the same thing. Like all expressions of motion one expression differs from the other only in dimension. Life motion just moves faster than Death motion. However ALL ecpressions of the Life side are further divided into two aspects. This means that in the overall expression of Creation, Life/Death is express as 3, a positive/negative Life expression and a Death expression.
With this insight alone you should make much progress through Walter's work.

Without this insight many, many hours were spent developing models which were full of conflict. This was as a result of placing dividing equators in the wrong place, which effectively meant including into the SENSED side of the cycle a portion of Idea of Creation which was UNSENSED. This lead to much confusion and loss of direction.
In hindsight though the journey was very beneficial.

This graphic conveys a very important idea as the first step in manifesting an electric universe of motion. Little attention is given to the importance of the E/W plane and how matter moves from a disk like structure to a spherical structure and back again. The E/W plane is a plane of zero curvature. This means it is a quality of Cosmic Mind, has no motion associated with it and therefore has no reason to curve or spiral. This plane is the soul of all created matter.
It is from this plane that ALL expressions of Life are projected. This plane is orientated at 90 degrees to any expression of life. Our senses operate in the Red/Blue section of the cycle. There are other components of this cycle which are not sensed, and without which no universe as we sense could be possible.
When the dimensions of the E/W plane are maximum, it implies that the expression of N/S is minimum. This condition of motion is manifested as a flatish disk, with which we are all familiar as we look to the night sky.
This is the location of the inert gases, which are far from inert. The inert gases hold within them the 'code' to produce any of the elements in the particular octave.
Again, it should be pointed out here that there are no different elements as such. Within an octave there are just different conditions of motion. You could argue there is one perfect expression of matter, and that is demonstrated in Carbon.
All other expressions are just different manifestations of Carbon. Different conditions of motion. So I will refer to elements as though they are different things, but it should be understood the expression of elements are just different conditions of the same thing...... motion.
The seed of the oak has no evidence within it, that our senses can detect that an oak tree lies within. Likewise the inert gases, appear to be of little use to the chemist, but that is an error of preception on behalf of the chemist.


So our experience of our universe lies between the oscillating conditions of the inert gas and the expression of Carbon at the apex of the potential cone. The inert gas occupies the base of the cone, i.e. a flat disk, while the expression of Carbon manifests as a perfect sphere at the apex. So how does the oscillation begin?
To express any octave we must begin with a seed. The IDEA of Creation is with Cosmic Mind. The desire to express that idea drives the universal piston.

The seed is expressed in the inert gas where the E/W extension is maximum and the N/S expression is minimum. In other words oblation is dominant over prolation. To consider an expression of Creation without the direct involvement of the guiding hand of the Creator is like a painter expecting his picture to paint itself.
The Creator is All of Creation. Nothing else exists. There is nothing else but Cosmic Thinking, Creation is just patterned thought forms. Our reality is entirely illusionary...it is literally a dream.

So at one end of the piston we have the seed inert gas, and at the other we have the sphere, which is expressed in prolation, i.e having a maximum dimension of the N/S and an equal expression of the E/W. The dimension of compression of the E/W pole is limited to the maximum extension of the N/S pole. This is a requirement of Natural Law in manifesting a perfect sphere.
Cosmic Mind is the sole compressor. He compresses by Thinking, Thinking compresses the E/W pole which reacts by extending the N/S pole, like squeezing putty from your hand.
This process of Thinking is generative, compressing, heating, contracting, increases revolution, decreases rotation, and all the other characteristic required to mould the disk into a sphere. We sense this process as heat, white light and incandescence, a Sun or atomic nucleus for example.

These images are a representation of the seed of the inert gas, It comprises 3 Red rings, a red nucleus, and 4 Blue rings. Blue is always expressed on the outside of Red. The Blue ring acts like a condenser by freezing matter, and locking it inside as form. Matter is always orientated with a centre of gravity towards the centre surrounded by cold dark space. This model is true for all aspects of Creation from photons, atomic systems, and macro stellar systems. Just look at how the Earth is manifested !! A hot core with a nebulous atmosphere.
From this disk like model the Red aspect of Creation will be projected as the male image and the Blue aspect will be projected 180 degrees in the opposite direction as the female aspect of the SAME image of matter.

Both these images attempt to illustrate a thought form which extends towards infinity having a measure equal to the desire to express an idea. These thought forms reproduce themselves at a rate of 186,624 miles/sec. A known sacred frequency is 432 Hz. This was the accepted and agreed upon tone for A above middle C on a piano. That tone was changed from 432 Hz to 440 Hz.
The square root of the speed of light = 432. Music played, when tuned to 432 Hz will resonate more with the human heart.
This simple graphic shows the repeated pattern, which will interact together to created the illusion of a waveform, which will both wave and particle character. This reproduced thought form is senses as light, and believed to have real existance where no wave exists at all.

This is the schematic for the Earth. It has an electrically positive nucleus, surrounded by a negative atmosphere. Although this is a representation of the Earth the model holds for all expressions of form. Matter condensed around a centre of gravity encased in it's own negative cold self.
The Earth is not a magnet. Interaction with a magnet is through it's poles. Interaction with the Earth is the same over it's entire surface. Nature's magnet's have a cone character. The centre of the Earth sits at the apex of that cone structure. It is the fast moving vortices of electrical potential that is being compressed to form the core of the Earth at the apex. All matter seeks it's own electrical pressure zone. All matter orientates it's own pressure zones to align with the surrounding environmental character. If a hole could be bored to the centre of the Earth and a stone dropped into that hole, the stone would fall only until it reached the pressure zone of the Earth which was equal to it's own. The core's electrical pressure would be too high and that would prevent the stone ever reaching the core. This can not be explained by Gravitational theory. All matter is potential which is out of place in it's environment. The entire universe moves because matter is seeking an environment which will allow motion to rest from that motion. That place of rest does not exist in our projected universe. At best, matter can find a place of simulated rest, which it can find with it's mated opposite electrical condition. The journey to fulfill the desire to find electrical rest has the appearance of a force of attraction, and science calls that attraction, Gravity. There is no force of Gravity.

Matter is potential which is out of place. Out of place from what? Well...Rest. For this reason matter is constantly on the move. It cannot do otherwise, because it is looking for a place of rest which it can never find. Matter is searching for a plane of zero curvature at Source, and because Cosmic Mind wishes to express Idea in matter, matter follows curved spiral paths to infinity. What we perceive as a gravitational effect is in fact matter aligning itself with a similiar electrical expression in the quest to find some rest from motion. This appears as attraction between matter, but then the railway lines appear to attract as they approach the horizon.

This schematic represents the action/reaction of Cosmic Mind Thinking. The E/W poles contract narrowing the cone base and extending the N/S poles out into our perceived 3D reality. There is absolutely no difference in substance between the Red and Blue side of the equilibrium. There is only a difference in dimension. The Red side has more and the Blue side has less.
On the Red side potential is concentrated around a centre of gravity, while on the Blue side potential is formed around a hole.
The Red aspect of created matter is balanced by it's own Blue aspect. We know all expressions of created matter are both male and female, but pre-dominantly one or the other.
When compression (action) commences there is a simultaneous reaction, i.e. the N/S poles extend. There is no radiation expressed in this graphic. Both the Red/Blue character are manifested as part of the generative, compressive process of Thinking. This Blue aspect was not manifested as a result of a radiative process.

Here is a simple example of how compression of the cone base causes projection in the N direction. You just need to adjust the model to allow for simultaneous projection towards the S. On the RHS is a simulation of Cosmic Mind's control of the N/S projection, thus manifesting say Lithium rather than Carbon.
Understanding this process is critical to designing Transmutation equipment.

18:26 08/04/2012 These images here show the design of the coil shape necessary for transmutation. The coil shape on the left, where the cone bases are together can be used in the radiation process. This coil design causes division or extension of opposite poles. If this coil design was orientated along the E/W polar plane it would cause the N/S to collapse, inducing the radiative process.
The coil design to the right is required to transmute He but prevent the accumulation of potential reaching the apex at Carbon. When the apices of the coils are orientated towards a common centre it implies compression along the E/W and N/S pole plane. This 'compression' along the N/S could be utilised as man's way of controlling the extension of the N/S pole as a result of compression of the E/W pole.

The oblated disk represented by the inert gas occupies one side of the octave equilibrium, while the prolated sphere occupies the other side of the same equilibrium. All matter which is expressed in that octave oscillates between these two conditions of motion. I struggled for quite some time developing model's which attempted to satisfy the simultaneous creation of Li and F. But these expressions are in opposite sections of the wave. They form sequentially but are not expressed simultaneously in the same wavefield. The Blue character is the negative expression of the Red. They each need the other in a symbotic relationship. One cannot exist without the other. Both expression are required to express the GENERATIVE principle.

This is a representation of the two aspects of Helium.
So do all elements have a Red/Blue aspect. Well......yes.
Both these conditions are required to express the generative cycle. We know that all manifested matter has a positive centre surrounded by a cold negative exterior. That's what we have here. Our senses cannot detect heat without having some condition to compare with......otherwise how would we know what heat was. Fast motion is only sensed as such compared to a slower motion. The Red aspect of matter provides the faster motion and it's own Blue half provides the contrast with which to sense the form in the first place.

These two graphics represent different aspects of Carbon. On the left side, the graphic symbolises Carbon at the apex of the wavefield. It has it's solid hot, fast moving core, surrounded by a blue atmosphere. How did this blue atmosphere get there?
The right side graphic shows the blue aspect of Carbon. It is a blue ring with a centering 'hole'.
This hole is the vessel to receive the red core from the positive aspect of Carbon. The LHS shows therefore a condition of sex-union. This sex-union occurs between adjacent wavefields. When Carbon is fully expressed it does so by union of a spherical core entering a 'hole' surrounded by a ring of cold Carbon. This union manifests as the element Carbon. It is worth noting here that Carbon is quite balance in character, hence it manifests very stable properties, and it comfortable existing in either an electro-positive or an electro-negative environment, which explains it's abundance in differing electro-potential environments.

Not to be missed here, every expression of Creation has a positive male and a negative female aspect. The elements are no different. Therefore there are two forms of carbon, a Red and a Blue form. These could be separated from each other, in an appropriate electrical environment. But this may explain why an expression of Carbon is diamond, while another manifests as charcoal !

Based on everything we've discovered so far, one should be absolutely clear about what is being presented in this graphic, when it occurs, and how the wave form develops with time. You need to know how to dismantle every aspect of this graphic and understand how that piece contributes to the overall waveform.
What is that object opposite the manifestation of Carbon?
The Helium projection seems to be running at 90 degrees to the Carbon expression.....why? Does the graphic contain any radiative character?
Do the opposing lights at the apex (Carbon) run through each other?

This is a Generation portion only, there is no radiative portion....yet!
The Blue does not represent a radiation, expansive cycle. Carbon is manifested at the apex of the wavefield and becomes the centre of that wavefield, taking over from Helium. Before Carbon manifested Helium was the centre of the wavefield, so the centre of the wavefield moves as the Generative cycle progresses. Likewise this He centre returns on the degrenerative/radiative part of the cycle, but this will be covered later. As the Carbon character develops, the cone base reduces in diameter.
Between the Red apex and the Blue apex is a continuously variable environment of electric potential. This is the cause of curvature of the equilibrium planes situated between the apices of the Red/Blue cones. These curved planes act like lens, focusing (to the apex) potential as it moves from cone base to apex. During the radiative cycle as potential moves from apex to cone base, this lensing causes the potential to diverge towards the base.
This variable potential density between the apices of the Red/Blue cones is the cause of the deflection from a 90 degree projection from seed. It bends the centre of gravity of all matter.

The area directly opposite (Walter unfortunately refered to as a 'Black Hole' with all the Stephen Hawkins connotations) is the area where the manifestation of Carbon will be imaged during the reverse cycle. More on this later.
The Red/Blue projections are centered by a core of Still Light around which Creation manifests.
Remember, the Cosmic Cinema is projected from a single point out in 360 degrees HD holographic resolution, and there are an infinite number of points !!!

This is a wave cycle in Walter Cosmology. When looking at wave forms, we can get lost into thinking of continuous sinusoidal patterns. This model implies that the potential is moving with a leading edge. Light does not move in this way. In fact our senses are deceived into think that light traverses the universe with a leading edge. Light does not travel at all.
This concept should become more clear when we have re-assembled the wave in it's entirety.
The image on the RHS is a typical representation of a waveform. Because we are used to seening such a waveform on an oscilloscope or hospital monitor we mistakenly believe light travels with a leading edge. But just as a 'mexican wave' progresses around a football stadium, the only motion is up/down but if timed correctly we are deceived into thinking there is left/right motion also.

This graphic represents what is manifested to infinity when the Red only Generative cycle fires.
The black line is a plane of zero curvature, the E/W plane. The Red generative portion of the wave is projected from this plane of zero curvature at 90 degrees. The Projection curves due to light bending in constantly changing electro-potential density. The Blue half of the Red projection does not mate with it's own Red self therefore the Blue associated with the Red has been cut out for the moment. The Red pulse is reproduced to infinity in a measure equal to the desire of Cosmic mind to express his Idea. Every point on the E/W plane of zero curvature is the same point. Silence is the same on Earth as it is on Alpha Centuri. Therefore every point of projection is the same point.
If you look back to the graphic denoting the wave cycle can you see that when division occurs half of the expression is given to an adjacent wavefield. The Red/Blue expressions do not mate in the same wavefield, it is impossible to do so.

Simultaneously occuring as the Red propagation progresses, the Blue reflects that propagation but in the opposite direction. These expressions of Blue are offered by neighbouring (to Red) wavefields. They are in effect out of phase with the Red expression. This Blue expression of Red will propagate towards infinity in equal measure to the desire to express Idea. This Blue is part of the Generative cycle and has noting to do with radiation.

The two opposite streams fire simultaneously and the out of phase potential aligns so that the apex of Red meets the apex of Blue. This is what sex-union is, an interaction between the positive aspect of expression with an adjacent negative aspect of generative expression, to manifest matter and form.
This is a cruical insight. You will see many of Walter's diagrams that have the Red elements flowing wave like into the Blue elements, and it looks like one wave rather than the combination of two overlapping waves. There are no Blue elements present at this stage of the wave it is entirely Generative in character.

Here are two examples of a combined generative/radiative wave, which have caused me much confusion. Because they have the same shape as the purely Generative wave form above, and the Generative form appears to have 'radiative' character which it doesn't.

We are aiming to build model which generates the wave by the meeting of on-coming opposite streams, as shown by Walter here on the left. The opposite streams are not approaching on the same track, but a parallel intertwinging track, like a DNA strand.


The opposite flowing streams do not crash into one another, but where the apices align matter manifests in exactly the same way Walter described his experiments with two bar magnets.




This is where ALL matter in the universe forms, when the apices of opposed streams align in such a way that potential can gather between the opposing polarity. There is no attraction of opposite poles. If there was, matter could not manifest in this 3D reality. To be clear, the opposing Red and Blue streams do not crash into one another at the apices of their respective cones. They spiral around each other in the ONE generative pulse. The gap between these opposing apices is where matter and form accumulate to manifest particle character and support the stability of the wave expression..

In this graphic we see the Red generative Pulse in one direction, followed by the Blue radiative Pulse 2. Doesn't the blue radiative pulse look very similiar to the negative Red aspect of the generative cycle. Could negative Red of pulse 1 be the same thing as the radiative Blue Pulse of Pulse 2?
Well.........sort of, they are the same but they are out of phase with each other and therfore interact within the waveform in a different way depending on whether we are looking at Pulse 1 or Pulse 2. So what does that say about the expressed Blue-ness which emerged from within Red when compression was relaxed?
Because the interval between Pulse 1 and Pulse 2 is so fast our perception is the Blue-ness is travelling from the adjacent cell INTO it's neighbour, like passing the baton in a relay race, when no such transfer occurs.

This simply shows the narrowing of the cone base as extension of the N/S poles proceeds.

I tend to express North to the left (normally West) and East to the top (normally North)

An indication of my personal Eureka moment, when I realised what Walter meant by all matter being 3. Although I had read the words many times, a great deal of meditation was necessary to make this particular break-through.
If you re-read any of Walter's material with this concept clear in your mind you will make good progress.

On the RHS is an overview of the entire Pulse 1 generative cycle. The LHS shows a separated out image of the Generative cycle. There is no contact between opposing streams. The only motion is N/S. Every expression of He just extends N/S. Think of the Mexican wave.....not one person leaves their seat !
This cycle invloves.....

• Expressing Idea in the Seed of He
• Compressing the E/W poles to manifest N/S
• Division of opposite streams within SAME cell
• Loss of He Character, development of C Character
• Opposing Light approach very close at apices
• Concentrative Thinking maximum allowing potential to accumulate BETWEEN opposing opposite poles at apices of cone
• Opposing Lights are positive and negative expressions of SAME Idea
• There is NO contact at apices
• There is NO continuation of Light from one cell to the next

• Refolding from Carbon back to Seed of He
• Relaxing the E/W poles to manifest loose polarity, collapsing the N/S poles
• Apparent 'attraction' of opposite streams within SAME cell
• Loss of C Character, reestablishment of He Character
• Opposing Light approach loosing momentum as they reach cathode
• Decentrative Thinking maximum allowing potential to widen the cone base at the cathode
• Opposing Lights return from anodes with REVERSED polarity
• He ready to re-express itself in reversed polarity
• There is NO continuation of Light from one cell to the next

Once you try to combine these separate cycles, the graphics can get quite busy !
This RHS graphic shows Walter's full cycle. Pulse 1 is followed by Pusle 2. Remember Pulse 2 returns He to the centre of it's cube with a reverse of polarity, and so when Pulse 1 fires again it does so in reverse.
When Walter mentioned the cycle oscillating like his harp string this full cycle is what he meant, not just Pulse 1. Many hours were spent trying to fit the harp string model to Pulse 1 alone !!
To conclude :
Light waves do not propagate as our senses would have us believe. If we think of the Mexican wave, propagating around the stadium. Well instead of circling a stadium, think of the expression stretched out for 1 million miles.
Cosmic Mind measures that desire to express the wave by assembling alternating polarity expression of He for 1 million miles. No wave has travelled anywhere, the Cosmic Architect has put dimensions to his Dimensionless Idea.
When Pulse 1 fires, the He is ALREADY WHERE IT NEED TO BE, it does't have to travel to get there. When Pulse 1 fires, all the N/S stand to attention simultaneously. But that is only half of the illusion. When Cosmic Mind decentrates the N/S sit back down. When Pulse 2 is fired after Pulse 1, an illusion of twin opposing stream travelling with a leading edge is manifested.
If we go back to our Mexican wave for a moment.
Cosmic Mind puts all the seats (He) in place through His Action of Generative Thinking for 1 million miles. The bodies emerge from the seats, stand to attention, sit down and blend back into the seats. Then the cycle is repeated in reverse.

One last thing......There is no size, or reality to our universe. If you think of a galaxy in you own mind...how much space was take up by that thought pattern? Exactly, none. Our imagined universe is only a thought pattern of Cosmic Mind,
We are all ONE with Cosmic Mind.
