This page will attempt to clarify the simplicity behind the elaborate effects we perceive as solidity, matter and form.
In order to fully grasp the implications of the following account one should have a strong understanding of
 (fig : 1)
A flat loop of force may also be extended to a cone by extending the hub up and away from the base.
A car tyre is inflated from the outside. The perceived universe of motion is also inflated from the outside, an outside we term Still Mind.
When the tyre is fully (99,99%) deflated we assign it the condition of an inert gas. Inert implying the expression polarity is minimal, and the rest condition for that inert gas is at or almost at the Cosmic Cathode of Still Mind.
In the image above, INVISIBLE emanations are projected from the hub center out into the entire wave field/universe filling that wave field with streams/spokes of invisible light. This light is not 'Still Magnetic Light' of Mind rather the lower perceivable frequencies of the physical universe.
 WR refers to this phenomenon as the 'mother principle' unfolding Idea from the Seed of Mind out into the first blossom of the physical universe - the inert gas.The tyre pressure is minimal and the structure is flaccid. This condition describes the inert gas. Let's assume the pressure
is 1 psi.
Mind now pumps Light into the wave field through the process of Concentrative Thinking. The tyre inflates to 10 psi, and density begins to increase at the RIM.
This could now be assigned the +1 condition. While the structure is still quite nebulous, it appears to have gained more density over the zero inert condition. This 10 psi is sufficient to lift the structure away from the completely flaccid structure. This is how gyroscopic motion differentiates one state of motion from another. The central hole (from rim to hub) is quite large, and the +1 condition tends to exhibit properties such as low melting point, softness, nebulosity as a result.
The following images highlight the generative progression from the inert to the +4 state of motion.
I cannot over emphasise the importance of understanding that when a disturbance or a resistance is applied to condition zero to manifest the conditions +1, +2, +3, +4 that a PAIR of cones are simultaneously created.
Remember, the resistance is applied at the RIM. This is where the inert gases begin life and it is FROM the rim that density increases in towards the central hub. This is how tubular rings become spheres. All Nature begins it growth with tubular rings. This why WR shows the growth of the wave starting with an 'open' apex which gradually closes for the +4 condition. If a whistle were placed on the tyre, each locked position would be defined by its own unique tone/sound, that sound increasing in frequency as the light pressure increased.
I would advise spending some time on the concepts discussed thus far, to fully grasp the inside-out, outside-in dynamic which might not be immediately obvious.
  You might think that if fig : 2 represents an inert gas, then how come there are so many inert gases ? After all, silence is silence !
The difference between each inert gas lies in the density of the light streams at rest. Imagine octave 1 might have 10 light
streams/area while octave 9 might have 1000 light streams/area.
Even though the thickest string (6th) on a guitar is still and silent, and that same stillness & silences is manifested by the thinnest (1st) string, they are each separately conditioned due to the dimensions of the string geometry itself.
Remember, all expressions of matter are explosive and desire to return to the inert gas 'normal' condition. These hot, high pressure states of motion are frozen, & hence imprisoned in place and prevented from an immediate return to inertness by a cold exterior. All matter vents and radiates slowly to the state of inertness. Death or dying means an inability to hold onto heat
The radiative process will unwind this spiral motion back to the inert condition.
This unwinding is not simply a reversal of the generative process.
When man winds a clock spring or tightens a nut on a thread
 the clock spring and the nut will unwind by simply reversing that motion which tightened the spring/nut in the first place. Nature does not reverse her processes. Nature winds up to a maximum, then continues winding on through that maximum, effectively unwinding but doing so in a continuous forward motion.Imagine a train coming towards you engine first. As it passes you, rather than observing the back of the train, the train flips around to continue its journey but this time you observe the engine receding from you in reverse.
The compressed windings implied in fig: 2d must fail to commence the unwinding radiative half of the cycle.
Pinhole Camera
This simple device holds a secret. It is after all an optical-electrical universe !
All matter is composed of a spiritual and a physical aspect and I wish to propose the following insight as to how these two realities are intertwined.

This simple device can bend light just by it mere presence. The pinhole creates a compressed effect on one side as light enters the box, and also creates an expanded effect on the inside of the box as the light ray disperse. A high light pressure zone is thus created on the outside of the pinhole with a low light pressure zone on the inside of the box.
When man creates a similar effect (Bernoulli) with his aircraft wings, he can generate lift in the direction of low air pressure.
What if, as a result of the process of Mind Thinking which creates loops of motion, that those loops now act exactly as the pinhole camera ?
Every aperture produces two simultaneous effects. Compression on one side, and expansion on the other.
Every aperture is a two-way device, see fig : 6a
When these loops (fig : 6) are aligned in series, then an alternating, wavy compression/expansion sequence becomes evident.
The compression/expansion (action) of the loops aperture is a Spiritual Mind effect, while the consequence (reaction) is perceived and sensed as the physical universe at 90°.
Within the physical universe electric loops of force take the place of the Mind loops.
Low current carrying wire keeps its loop apertures wide open. The electrical pressure generated is low, and the images are thus weak.
High current carrying wire keeps the apertures closed tightly. The electrical pressures are high and the images are sharp.
Has it now become obvious that in man's electrical systems,
the diameter of the aperture is analogous to voltage and
the clarity of the projected image is analogous to current.
Voltage is thus controlled by manipulation of the E/W poles, while the image/current manifests as the N/S axis.
Voltage and current are thus aligned 90° to one another. Force and image are also aligned 90° to one another.
Electrical effects and optical effects are one.
I will show later how cubic wave fields act like pinhole cameras !
Fig : 7 indicates the zero inert gas condition whereby the emanation of Mind extending from the hub to the rim are largely invisible. Motion is absolutely minimal.
Once a disturbance or resistance is introduced as indicated in fig : 7a by the introduction of a plane (+1) of locked potential then those invisible light stream of the inert gas start to become visible.
Fig : 7a shows how the journey of inert light from the hub to the rim is resisted at the +1 plane. This causes the waves to pile up on the inside of the plane, but expand on the outside of that same plane.
The red side of the spectrum now becomes perceivable on the inside with the blue spectrum on the outside.
Fig : 7a is extremely important because it points to how the perceived universe (400 - 700 nm) comes into being.
Our senses tend to perceive matter, density and form in section (A),
while those same senses tend to perceive cold expanded matter in section (B)
Positive potential thus accumulates on the inside while,
negative potential accumulates on the outside.
Fig : 8 represents the inert gas condition of uniformly long (A) light streams. Those light streams are beyond our sensing. Notice though,
how all the subsequent condition are actually within the inert gas !
Although the internal area is very large, the potential contain therein is related to the focal center hub (0,0,0). If you roll a hoop on its rim from California to New York, the center hub has a constantly changing location in 3D space, although the relationship of the rim to its own center is constant !
In short, depending on where you lay the hoop its geometric center is ALREADY there !
Figs : 8a-8d represent the 4 stages of compression (Mind's Concentrative Thinking) to bring light and form out of the darkness into the universe of matter-in-motion. One should consider these images as 3D representations. The images as shown only indicate an increase in dimension (B). However, (B) is really the diameter of the expanding annular ring.
The +1 condition erects a plane of locked potential, a resistance close to the horizontal inert wave axis. This plane is gyroscopically elevated above the horizontal by about 33° . A division has now been introduced as (A) is divided into two (A) + (B).
As generative compression continues, the intensity of (A) will increase, the wave lengths will shorten, while the wave lengths of (B) will increase, and the intensity decrease.
Fig : 8d indicates that at maximum compression all the high intensity rays, gamma, x-rays will be imprisoned locked in close to the hub.
The visual spectrum falls between 400 - 700 nm, which is comprised of contribution from both (A) and (B) depending on their respective lengths.
Once a wave front has passed, the centrifugal aspect of the wake ensures that the undisturbed condition returns as soon as possible.

WRC teaches us that the Rest condition of Mind is the normal, cosmic equilibrium condition desired by all states of motion. In short, all expressions of motion want to rid themselves of that motion and return to their normal state of rest in Mind.

WR describes the undivided spiritual universe as a perfectly calm surface on a pond. The surface is homogeneous and therefore undetected by our sensing apparatus. The process of Thinking an Idea into existence introduces an apparent disturbance into this calm pond, and the impact of the thought form results in patterned ripples, which then manifest as patterns of matter and form.
The pattern produced in fig : 9a will eventually fade back to the smooth calm surface of fig : 9 however, if the pattern produce in fig : 9a lasted 10,000,000 years it would still attempt to nullify this motion, today !
WRC calls this desire, voidance, and it is achieved by the union of sex-mated pairs of opposites, NaCl being a good example.

The peak/trough sequence of the female is filled in by a male trough/peak sequence and a simulated calm state is achieved by each.
This is why WR teaches the inert gas is really a state of motion containing within itself 4 pairs of rings.
We know that curvature polarises. We also know that all direction is curved, so therefore, all direction is polarised.
When we bend a current carrying wire as indicated in fig : 10 we create a polarised condition across the wire with the hot, positive condition hugging the inside radius and the colder, negative condition thrown towards the rim ! Viktor Schauberger would describe his water channels in a similar fashion.
We can now say that simply bending a current carrying wire divides gravity, because the inside positive radius appears to have acquired an inward CENTRIPETAL motion while the outer part of the wire has acquired an outwardly CENTRIFUGAL motion, and we only bent the wire !
When a curved plane is orientated into a full circle or loop then the positive character is confined to the inside with the negative character surrounding that positive core. It is this orientation that gives potential the illusion of solid matter.
Notice, where the dividing equator is located, because we normally associate this equator with the x-axis in man's linear, sinusoidal, mathematical world. WRC depicts this dividing equator as the curved in plane in the cone of polarity
 .When these cones are arranged in series the fundamental circular geometry is enhanced.

ALL curvature is polarised.
When these flat 2D cones are developed into a 3D arrangement then the spherical geometry emerges.
 WRC holds well when applied to the structure of the Earth.

It certainly seems logical to attribute the elemental distribution of the atmosphere to the carbon 5th octave. The upper atmosphere
is home to the expanded conditions of He, and F. The lower atmosphere to N and O, the softer mantle to Li. Be and B, with the central hub core molten carbon itself.
In addition to this, WRC predicts the Earth was born of the Sun and that the Sun is incandescent carbon. Emanation and ejections from the sun if cooled rapidly would lend support to WRC philosophy that cold expanded potential (space) freezes potential in place to form crystallised matter or planetary bodies.
