An assumption is made, that light behaves in the same way we perceive sound changing pitch as described by the Doppler Effect. This idea was supported when Hubble discovered that galactic bodies seems to shift their spectra depending on their brightness. A correlation was made between the distance a  galactic bodies is from the Earth and that bodies brightness. Bodies further away seemed to display a larger red-shift and were thus interpreted as moving faster away from the Earth. This added support to the expanding (only) universe theory.

If WRC is correct and light does not travel with a leading edge, in fact, light doesn't travel at all then, the association of red-shift and distance cannot be correct. This has an immediate detrimental implication for the big-bang theorists.

WR would teach that indeed the universe is expanding but only because it is equally compressing. Both condition must be present simultaneously. We can easily sense the expanding aspect, but cannot sense the compressing cycle.

Tip: The fiery arms of a galaxy are being EXPELLED from the center, they are NOT winding into the center. The 'black' arms are the centripetal, compressive paths ways to the center.

All bodies are electric bodies, and all electric bodies align themselves with the electric field of their environment. Predominantly electro-positive bodies fall towards anodes, while predominantly electro-negative bodies fall towards cathodes.
Like aligns with like.

All atoms, planets, galaxies, will align themselves based on their location between the Cosmic Anode/Cathode. The northern hemispheres will therefore align themselves with atomic, solar, or galactic anodes, while the southern hemispheres of any body will align themselves with the atomic, solar, or galactic cathodes.

(fig : 2)

Man the observer is also located between the Cosmic Anode/Cathode, and as such we perceive all other bodily alignments accordingly.
This is not implying we observe red-shift in the direction of the Cosmic Cathode and blue-shift towards the Cosmic anode because red-shift is not a measure of speed of a receding body.

If WRC is correct then the attributes associated with bodies that accumulate towards anodes/cathodes apply to all atomic/stellar objects.
WR teaches that Nature utilises the technique of increasing axial rotation and decreasing orbital revolution in order to unwind accumulated potential and return that potential to source.

I will attempt to apply WRC philosophy to the widely known problem of Halton Arp's observations of NGC 7603.

(fig : 4)
(NGC 7603 with the calculated receding velocities of attached bodies)

WRC uses 18 dimensions, properties, or characteristics to define a particular state of motion of perceived matter.

Faint objects have high red shifts not because they are receding from the Earth but are expressing there motion in some/all of those 18 characteristics. We also know that quasars do not follow the Hubble Law which immediately conflicts with Natural Law. As above so below. Natural Law applies in the same way on the marco scale as well as any quantum level.

We know that ALL spheres roll faster than ALL hoops and disks. This implies anodes will always revolve faster than cathodes, hence the path between anodes/cathodes will spiral.

Cone base (B) was once the anode of base (A),
but since the arrival of bodies (c) and (d) that situation changed.
Bodies (c) and (d) are termed quasars.
(c) is now the anode of base (B) and (d) is the anode of base (A)

Anodes are anodes due to their fast orbital revolution (short years) and their slow axial rotation (long days). It is this configuration that allows bodies to accumulate potential.
Cathodes are cathodes due to their very long orbital revolutionary paths and their very fast axial rotation. Spheres are turned into flat expanding disks at cathodes.

  • The first problem we have to confront is whether we can accurately apply locally observed conditions to the cosmos as a whole. This could be a major stumbling block before we even begin, as the local environment indicates a flat earth, but we know better.
  • Secondly, man uses the light of the sun as his calibration standard. The sun though, has not reached it maturity, it is not a perfect sphere, and therefore its light emanations are skewed towards the generative side of the cycle. Galactic bodies are likely much older than the sun and their light emanations are bound to be different. If incandescence is a sign of generative growing, then cooling in the radiative half of the cycle would indicate its cooling in red light against dark blackness.
  • Another issue is that because the solar system is still developing, it overall motion must be in the direction of the Cosmic Anode, while distant galactic bodies are moving in the opposite direction towards the Cosmic Cathode. This is not a static universe, a necessary consideration of general relativity. Adding 'fudge' factors in an inventive way (DB Larson)  to the mathematical models to correct for the misalignment of predictions/observations is not the best way to describe the structure of a dynamic universe.

WRC does does deny there is galactic expansion, however, WRC teaches us that the universe is an expanding /compressing universe because it is a living BREATHING universe.

Our location between the Cosmic Anode/Cathode defines our experience of electrical pressure, ionization, crystallisation, axial rotation plus and all the other possible expression of motion, tone, plane, etc. Applying these local criteria to distance objects is a mistake. Just this how the boiling point of water is affected at elevation in this local environment !

Quasars do not follow the Hubble Law because the data we are using does not imply receding velocities. If the observed data were instead applied to anodic bodies then we may find a better explanation.

Remember, the characteristics of anodic bodies include,

  • fast orbital revolution
  • slow axial rotation
  • high electro-potential pressures
  • increased density
  • increased light (incandescence)
  • hotter
  • less complicated structure, less crystalline
  • less ability to ionize

to name but a few.
