Cosmology of Walter Russell

There has been some confusion as to whether H is a +1 or a ++4 state of motion.

Walter's original charts placed H in the +1 position but he subsequently moved it to the ++4 position.

This would imply that hydrogen IS Carbon one octave lower.

Remember all matter is made of One substance, LIGHT. Carbon is not one thing and hydrogen another thing.

If H was a +1 element, it would behave mainly as an electro-positive element. It would find balance in any of the electro-negative series, primarily -1 elements. In other words, it would be seek and electro-negative environment regardless of the octave.

It does form strong stable compounds with the electro-negative Br, Cl, and F elements, however it also forms compounds with the entire 5th octave series, from +1 through ++4 to -1.

This fact alone suggests that indeed H is equally happy in either an electro-positive or an electro-negative environment, and by inference therefore, H is bi-sexual and occupies the ++4 position in the 4th octave. This would also imply that H does not require a sex-mate union, being bi-sexual as is the case with carbon.

Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe, suggesting the universe is still an adolescent 4th octave dominant creation.
It terms of any transmutation strategy, it will, from here on, be assumed we need to emulate a flat disk ++4 condition for hydrogen, 90° from the zero wave axis.
